On 2 March 2010 Former Speaker Pakistan National Assembly visited the Rotary Club of Multan Metropolitan as Guest Speaker. Rotarians from Multan, DG Khan, Jhang, and Sahiwal participated in this graceful meeting. AG Tallat Javaid and PP President Muhammad Haneef also attended the meeting. They represented to Rotary Club of Multan Midtown.
Syed Fakhar Imam spoke on the Geo Political Situation in Asia, especially in South Asia. He highlighted the Afghan War. He told in detail the reasons of terrorism and economic in stability In Pakistan. He also focused the religion factors in terrorism Shah Sahib also highlighted the future of Pakistani politics. He said that from very first day, political system of Pakistan destroyed and our rulers did not shown interest to award the constitution. Up to 1958 Civil Establishment ruled over the Pakistan and after this 13 years Pakistan was under the Military rule. After 26 years, Pakistani nation got the constitution but after the 4 years, this rolled over until 1988. I did not compromised on the principals and resigned from the speakership. However, from 1979 to till date, war of terrorism imposed on us. He spoke more than one hour. After this question / answer, session held followed by Lavish Dinner.
