In order to ease the misery of the internally displaced people of the northern areas, Rotary Club of Karachi Bay has managed free airlift of rations from Karachi for the IDP’s on the 22nd of May through Pakistan Navy. According to the survey the most wanted items in the camps are rice, flour, pulses, edible oil, sugar, tea, milk powder, biscuits and basic medicines. All clubs at Karachi are requested to please mobilize in order to provide comfort to our brethren in distress. Items properly packed can be handed over to Admiral Tanveer, District Secretary designate –2009-’10 (Cellular No. 0333 – 2378595).
Early action will be much appreciated.
