Dear Rotarians,
We have negotiated a Rotary Friendly deal with Sarawan Hotel in Saddar area, for the upcountry Rotarians. The rates after negotiation are
| 1 | Single Deluxe Room | Rs. 2,300/- |
| 2 | Double Deluxe Room | Rs. 2,800/- |
| 3 | Triple Deluxe Room | Rs. 3,300/- |
These rates are inclusive of all taxes.
Rotarians residing in Sarawan Hotel will be served free Buffet breakfast. We have managed to block 40 rooms and in order to avail this facility; I suggest early booking of the rooms. The conference transport committee is planning to provide shuttle service from Sarawan Hotel to Sheraton at fixed timings.
