Dear Rotarians of District 3270
HOUSE OF FRIENDSHIP
The “House of Friendship” is taking place during the Annual Rotary District Conference on 2Th to 4Th April from 10:00 AMto 10:00 PM at Sheraton Hotel Karachi.
The house of friendship is open to all Rotarian’s attending the conference, and their friends and families. House of Friendship is a place where various Rotary projects are depicted, there will be stalls selling unusual items not generally found in the market and some commercial organizations will be displaying & selling their innovative products.
The basic theme of this event is to bring a sense of Goodwill amongst the members from all over Pakistan. Classical Ghazal & Geet singer will be organised during breaks to entertain the visitors. There will also be programmes organized for the children. So please tell your friends to visit the House of Friendship and learn about Rotary, meet their members and witness their projects. Entrance to the House of Friendship is Free of Cost.
BOOKING OF STALLS
We look forward to your participation by putting up stalls. You can display various projects carried out by your club or other regional literature to promote traditional culture of the country. We have only 40 stalls available so please hurry up and get your space booked on First come First serve basis.
Display of Club Banners with the stall Size 5ft by 3ft. Please no big banners as it spoils the ambiance
The rates are as follows:
Company Banners: Rs 10,000
Exhibiting Club Projects: Rs 5,000
Commercial Stalls by Rotarian’s: Rs 10,000
Lady entrepreneur: Rs 10,000
Company Stalls: Rs 20,000
All payments should be made in the form of Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of “Rotary District Conference 2010″ and should be sent to the address given below. The stalls are on first come first serve basis and last date for booking is 20th March.
