Dear Presidents and Secretaries,
You are hereby informed that elections for DGN 2012-13 of District 3271 and 3272 will be held on 4th April, 2010 at District Conference, Karachi. The clubs have to nominate elector and alternate elector duly signed by the President and Secretary on club letter head.
The same is to be submitted to the credential committee latest 2.30 pm on 3rd April, 2010 who will examine the contents and verify the sufficiency of number of votes as per payment made of July – December 2009 SAR of the club. Any elector or alternate, whose name is not available in the membership list of the club available at RI website, shall not be entitled to vote.
Please note that the balloting Committee will allow the elector or alternate, as the case may be, to cast vote after satisfactory identification. i.e. a photo I.D is mandatory.
