What is experienced in past it is the carriage of vaccine and handling which makes it ineffective before it is dispenced. I appeal Rotarians to give attention to it. Only walks in streets and that rotary is spending this much amount will not help(though it will build image) to irradicate the disease.
The active and purposeful step is that rotarians involve themselves in keeping the vaccine safe before dispenced, and that it is really dispenced to all children.
