The 2009 Rotary Institute for Zones 6B, 7A and 10B will take place in Manila, Philippines, on November 27-29.
The Rotary Institute is the most important gathering of all current officers, District Governors-Elect, District Governors-Nominee, all senior Rotary leaders, and their spouses to get together and discuss Rotary business and sharing in fellowship of our Rotary family. It brings participants up-to-date on current events and new trends in Rotary International, as well as motivates all those involved to greater service.
Furthermore the goals of Rotary in 2009-10 are driven by this forum with continued learning and inspiration. With these in mind, I am positive all Institute participants will attain a rewarding experience throughout all meetings and activities of the Institute.
Institute Chairman PDG Guiller E. Tumangan and his organizing committee members are working hard to put together a very enjoyable and memorable Institute program, along with a very interesting spouse activity. With their dedicated efforts it is expected that it will be a very successful event substantially meeting the purpose of the Institute. So, please be sure to attend the Rotary Institute Manila 2009 with your spouses.

It is possible to register directly online www.rotaryinstitutemanila2009.org or via e mail to rotaryinstitutemanila@yahoo.com. The last date for registration for Manila Institute is 30th September. After that no registration will be accepted. There are still rooms available in Dusit Thani (5 star) at US$ 100 per night. There is a four star hotel( 5 minutes walk from Dusit Thani the venue of Institute) Celia Hotel it – some rooms are still available in it for US$ 70.
My office will submit all passports together for visa provided delegates send the required documents before 10th October to my office.
Requirements for applying Philippine’s Visa.
1. Invitation from Philippines (I have it).
2. Bank statement
3. Confirmed hotel Reservation
4. Confirmed Airline Booking
5. Copy of Karachi Chamber’s certificate (if you do not have this no problem)
6. NTN Certificate
7. Visa Fee Rs.5,000/-
Three sets of all documents alongwith with pictures on all form pasted (ONE ORIGINAL & TWO PHOTO COPIES)
