DG Usman Masud arranged a wheel chair for a needy woman in Dadu. This was in response to a request made to him by PP Rtn. Sabhagchand Matlani of Rotary Club of Dadu earlier. The photograph was taken at the time of handing over the wheel chair to the poor woman, and it shows Rtn. Matlani and other Rotarians standing with her.

Thanks to DG Usman Masud for contributing a wheel chair for needy woman in dadu but there is no any Rotarian of R/C Dadu seen in this picture.why no any Rotarian was invited in this best occasian?
