Rotary Club of Hyderabad actively participated in Polio NID on 14th November, 2009 by immunizing 283 children up to five years of age by giving them Two Polio drops at Goth Kumbhar Para, Hyderabad.

This time capsules of Vitamin A were also given to all children up to five years of age. Special care was taken not to miss a single child.

Missing children were recorded on sheet and passed on to Health authorities for further mop up operation.

Students from Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences also participated in this event. They were of great help. They were given proper training two days before start of campaign.

A gift pack was also given to a physically handicapped orphan girl donated by Dr Suneeta Nankani W/o AG Darshan Lal Nankani.

Before this PP Dr Pardeep Kumar attended the DEPEC meeting with DCO Hyderabad in chair.
