In one paragraph, it's stated: " .....I have decided that the District Dues will be revised from Rs. 300/= to Rs. 350/= only". But immediately after that, in the next para, it's said that "... the clubs paying the dues upto 31st August, 09 will be charged Rs.350/=, thereafter the District Dues will be Rs.500/=."
