One was rather moved and impressed by the Special Children who were wheeled in, in their personal Wheel Chairs, and they expressed their happiness in their own style which touched the hearts of everyone present in the audience. The atmosphere was hushed and the audience and the District Governor Rtn Usman Masud Khan responded by wishing there more wheelchairs for those who were left out. The District Governor positively reiterated that soon more wheel chairs would be made available.

Though the actual ceremony was conducted smoothly in about 45 minutes, though it was Ramadhan al-Karim no one was in a hurry to leave; the fellowship of Rotarian was great.
